Tui Fitness

Every morning the Tui students participate in a team fitness programme. 

This demonstrates our school value – Hauora. 

The activities include skipping, basketball shooting, tennis ball throwing & catching, planking, burbees & star jumps, soccer skills, sprints and the playground is used for upper body fitness.  

Tui students have their own personal goals to achieve over the term to improve their personal fitness levels and skills.
